Lisa Laramy has extensive experience in healthcare education and diabetes management, currently serving as an Education Specialist RN at Berkshire Health Systems since May 2007. In this role, Lisa provides educational resources and assessments for various personnel. Previous positions include Manager of Diabetes Education and Wellness, where Lisa oversaw multidisciplinary teams and developed innovative health service models, and Wellness at Work Program Manager, responsible for worksite wellness programs. Additionally, Lisa has served as a Certified Diabetes Educator and Clinical Wellness RN, focusing on health coaching and risk management in occupational settings. Lisa is also a Certified Health and Wellness Coach with Wellcoaches Corporation and has held a role as the American Diabetes Association Education Recognition Coordinator at Berkshire Medical Center. With degrees in Registered Nursing from the University of Massachusetts, Lisa leverages expertise in nursing, health behavior change, and community education to promote wellness and disease prevention.
