Martha Rouleau serves as a LifeXT Coach at Third Horizon LifeXT since June 2023, while also working as a Personal Life Coach at Wellcoaches since March 2021. In academia, Martha has been an Adjunct Instructor for Wellbeing through Mindfulness and a Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher at the University of Virginia since August 2018, alongside roles as an Adjunct Lecturer of Mindfulness Meditation at William & Mary. As the Founder of Mindful Navigation and a former Mindfulness Coach for Mindful LifeXT, which transitioned to Third Horizon, Martha has extensive experience in mindfulness practices. Additionally, Martha holds an Assistant Principal position at Region 10 Board of Education since July 2008, having previously served as Assistant Principal/Dean of Students at Regional School District No. 10. Martha possesses advanced degrees in Science Teaching and Educational Leadership, further emphasizing expertise in education and mindfulness.
