Sonya Feinberg Addo, MPH, is a seasoned professional in nutrition and wellness coaching with extensive experience in health education. Since February 2014, Sonya has served as a Personal Online Nutrition Coach at Rise, where responsibilities include providing customized health guidance and feedback to clients globally. Additionally, Sonya has been a Wellness Coach with Wellcoaches Corporation since January 2008, focusing on reproductive wellness and comprehensive support in various wellness aspects. Previous roles include Healthy Lifestyle Coordinator/Program Manager at Christiana Care Health System and Director of Outcomes Research & Community Relations at Reproductive Associates of Delaware. Sonya holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Hispanic Studies from Vassar College.
