Andrew Lumsden

Andrew Lumsden is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the creative production and marketing technology industry. Since November 2008, Andrew has held multiple leadership roles at Wellcom Worldwide, including Chief Executive Officer Australasia, Global Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary, and Group Financial Controller. In addition to this, Andrew serves as Non Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair at PolyNovo Limited and as Non Executive Director at Seminal. Prior experience includes eight years as Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where significant work was done with ASX listed clients. Andrew's educational background includes a Graduate Diploma from the Governance Institute of Australia, a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, and a First Class MA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from Heriot-Watt University.
