Paul Gille

Paul Gille has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Paul is currently serving as the Chairman and Interim CEO of Wellcove by CHCS Services, a company specializing in supplemental health care solutions. Prior to this, they worked as an Operating Partner at TELEO Capital, a private equity firm. Paul also served as the Chairman of the Board at UMT360, a strategic portfolio management software company. Earlier in their career, Paul Gille founded and led Sales Performance Holdings Inc., a boutique management consultancy, and served as the Managing Partner at Private Equity Performance Partners/Sales Performance Coach. Paul also held executive positions at State Farm, where they were responsible for strategy management and field executive roles. Additionally, Paul Gille was the CEO and President of The Reliant Consulting Group/Advocacy System, a leading life insurance consulting and sales training organization.

Paul Gille attained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Strategic Leadership from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School in 1993-1994. Paul also studied Business/Insurance at The American College of Financial Services, though the specific years are unknown.
