Vaibhav Tawade

Vaibhav Tawade has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Vaibhav is currently the Director - IT Delivery at CHCS Services, Inc. since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Capgemini as the Director - Consulting and IT Delivery from 2015 to February 2021. Before that, they had a long tenure at iGATE, where they held the position of Director - Consulting from 2004 to 2015.

Vaibhav'sprevious roles include Senior Solution Architect and Project Manager at Patni Computer Systems Ltd from 1998 to 2011, Senior Software Engineer at Patni Computer Systems from 1995 to 1998, Systems Executive at Software Mart India Limited from 1993 to 1995, Systems Executive at Star Organic Pvt. Ltd. (Jay Computers Pvt. Ltd.) from 1991 to 1993, and System Programmer at Syspro from 1990 to 1991.

Throughout their career, Vaibhav Tawade has gained extensive experience in IT consulting, delivery, project management, and solution architecture. Vaibhav has worked with various large Life US Insurers, and has been involved in pre-sales support, sales pursuits, RFI-RFP ownership/contribution, estimation, costing and pricing, due diligence, proposal presentation and defense, SOW creation, and patent petitions.

Vaibhav Tawade earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from D Y Patil College of Engg & Tech between 1985 and 1990.
