Mahdi Shahab

Mahdi Shahab currently serves as a Regulatory Affairs and Quality Systems Intern at Welldoc since June 2025. Previously, Mahdi held a position as a Quality Assurance Intern at Intuity Medical, Inc. from May 2021 to June 2024. In that role, responsibilities included ensuring that complaint investigation records complied with FDA and ISO requirements, managing complaint handling for blood glucose monitors and mobile applications, and participating in various audits and inspections to address nonconformances. Mahdi contributed to the development of CAPA plans and ensured timely closure of these actions.
