Joshua To

Joshua To has been working in the tech industry since 2006. Joshua started as a Product Manager at Google Inc., followed by a role as Founder of Soup in 2006. In 2010, they became an Entrepreneur in Residence at C2 and an Adjunct Faculty, Social Design at the Maryland Institute College of Art. In 2011, they founded and served as Managing Director of Hattery, a design consultancy acquired by Google. In 2013, they joined Google as Director, Design (Hardware & Services), Director, Design (AR/VR), and Director, Design (Google Workspace). Joshua also served as Residential Faculty at Eastside College Preparatory School. In 2021, they became VP, Product Design, AR & Wearables at Meta and in 2022, they joined City Systems as a Board Member.

Joshua To has received certifications from The Wharton School in Marketing and from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in Negotiations & Operations Management. Joshua is currently enrolled in Design | Media Arts & Communication Studies at the University of California, Los Angeles.
