Andrew Skinner has over 20 years of experience in the film industry. Andrew began their career in 1999 as the General Manager at Village Cinemas, where they managed over 600 employees across 5 sites. During this period, they were also seconded to the UK as General Manager of Red Cinemas, a joint venture with Manchester United FC. In 2008, they were headhunted to become the General Manager of Palace Cinemas, Nova & Luna in South Australia, Western Australia and New South Wales, where they reengineered departments to improve effectiveness and exploit new market opportunities. In 2015, they joined Swisse Wellness as Head of Operations, transitioning into the FMCG sector in a global leadership role. Andrew led the completion of a new APAC distribution hub in Sydney and managed an international supply chain including regional hubs and 3PLs. In 2018, they became CEO of Vue Group. In 2020, they began a contract role as Chief Operating Officer at Whole Kids. In 2021, they began their current role as Chief Operating Officer at WelleCo.
Andrew Skinner completed a Master of Business Administration from Swinburne University of Technology from 2005 to 2007. Andrew also obtained a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration from the same university from 2006 to 2006, and a Graduate Certificate of Business Administration from 2005 to 2005. All three degrees were in the field of Business Administration and Management, General.
