Prior experience includes roles such as Quality Assurance Manager at HarmonyCares, Quality Review and Audit Lead Analyst at Cigna, and Risk Adjustment Quality Manager at Ciox Health. Additionally, Andie held various positions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, including Principal and Senior Risk Adjustment Coding Analyst, and has experience as a Project Manager at OS2 Healthcare Solutions and an HEDIS Auditor at Altegra Health. Earlier roles include HCC Trainer/Auditor at ArroHealth and Interim Vice President of Coding Operations at Compliant Coding Systems. With a strong background in coding, billing, and quality assurance, Andie collaborates with Subject Matter Experts and educators, contributing to various external programs.
