Anita Ostermair

Anita Ostermair has a diverse work experience in human resources and management roles. Anita started their career in 2001 at MANN+HUMMEL, where they held various positions including Director HR Controlling and Compensation & Benefits, Manager HR Controlling, Reporting, and Strategy, and Manager Processes, Methods, Tools Corporate Purchasing. Anita also served as the Managing Director at Weller Tools, Apex Tool Group GmbH, and Metronix Measurement and Electronics GmbH starting in 2022. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as the Director of HR Rewards, Talent, and Reporting at MANN+HUMMEL. Anita currently holds the role of Senior Director of HR Global Power Tools at Apex Tool Group, LLC, where they support various locations within EMEA and North America in all HR matters and drives Talent Acquisition and Talent Management best practices.
