Danny Hoz has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Danny started their career in the Israeli military as a Navy Officer, where they served as a second lieutenant and bridge officer on a missile ship. After their military service, they worked as a Skydiving Chief Instructor at the Israeli Skydiving Center SkyKef, responsible for air operations and managing employees and instructors.
In 2005, Danny transitioned into the technology industry, joining SAP as a Quality Assurance Consultant. Danny was responsible for characterizing and conducting QA for new product features. Danny also worked as a Product Manager within SAP's Developer Network, where they defined and managed diverse projects and coordinated their lifecycle from definition to rollout. Danny researched new solutions, performed competitive analysis, and identified trends in user behaviors.
After their time at SAP, Danny worked at Relocation New York as the Director of Operations. In this role, they collaborated with the General Manager and business owner to develop and execute business plans for an Internet portal in the real estate and relocation market.
Danny then joined Google and held several roles within the company. Danny initially worked as a Product Operation Manager for Google Ad Exchange, troubleshooting and resolving advanced technical escalations. Danny later became a Product Operation and Escalation Manager for Invite Media and DCLK Bid Manager, leading projects to migrate clients and develop comprehensive end-of-life plans. Danny also served as the Manager of Sales Technology Operations, managing a team of 20 and providing technical support for Google's advertiser products. Additionally, Danny held the role of Global Program Manager for Google Premium Services, where they worked with strategic clients to implement machine learning and AI products.
Following their tenure at Google, Danny served as the Lead Technical Product for YouTube TV, overseeing the development and launch of a premium over-the-top subscription TV product. Danny then joined SwiftShift as the Chief Product Officer, leading the development and launch of a mobile app for the home healthcare industry, addressing the nursing shortage and empowering clinicians.
Most recently, Danny has taken on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Wellerz, a disruptive platform transforming the traditional leasing model for private practice spaces. As CEO, they are responsible for leading the product development, launch, and growth of the platform.
