Kent Martindale

Kent Martindale has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as a Real Estate Agent at Howard Hanna since March 2018 and at Welles Bowen Realtors since December 2015. In addition to these roles, Kent works as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser with the John McIntyre Group Ltd. since May 2015, providing valuation services in the NW Ohio market. Previous positions include Appraiser Relations Manager at CU Appraisal Services, Appraiser Personnel Coordinator at Metro West Appraisal Services and William Fall Group, and SVP Sales at National Real Estate. Kent began a career in sales with positions at Fiserv Lending Solutions and various companies in the insurance and finance sectors, demonstrating a consistent track record of increasing sales. Kent holds a BS in Business Management from Robert Morris University and has a strong foundation in business from early education at North Allegheny High School.
