Adam Van Arsdale has extensive academic experience in anthropology, currently serving as the Professor of Anthropology and Department Chair at Wellesley College since August 2008. Prior to this role, Adam was a Lecturer and Research Scientist at the University of Michigan from August 2006 to July 2008. Adam earned a Ph.D. and M.A. in Anthropology from the University of Michigan between 2001 and 2006, and holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Human Biology, as well as English Literature, from Emory University, completed in 2001.
