Jamie D. Motley

Jamie D. Motley, Ph.D., serves as the Director of the Office of Student Success at Wellesley College since January 2022. Previously, Jamie acted as the Special Assistant to the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Academic Affairs at Boston College and held the position of Director of the McNair Scholars Program at Saint Louis University for seven years. Earlier roles include Director of Project Success at Northeastern Illinois University, Director of Academic Support Services at Marion Military Institute, and various advising and counseling positions at Georgia State University. Jamie's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Educational Policy Studies and a Master's in Higher Education Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, along with a Bachelor's in Journalism from Western Illinois University.
