Jen Pollard

Jen Pollard currently serves as Associate Provost and Executive Director of Career Education and Experiential Learning at Wellesley College, a position held since April 2016, with previous roles including Interim Executive Director of Career Education and Director of Operations and Analytics. Prior to Wellesley College, Jen Pollard worked at George Mason University from August 2013 to April 2016 as Assistant Director of Trends, Assessment, and Marketing and as Trend and Assessment Coordinator. Earlier experience includes various marketing and consulting roles at Influence Central from January 2010 to March 2014. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Psychology from Bentley University, a Master of Arts in Higher Education and Educational Technology from George Mason University, and ongoing work towards a Doctor of Education (EdD) at Boston College, expected to be completed in March 2028.
