Merci Mukasafari

Merci Mukasafari is a dedicated individual with extensive experience in research, tutoring, mentorship, and event management. Currently a Student Researcher at MIT Sloan School of Management, Merci focuses on gender diversity in the health innovation ecosystem while utilizing advanced data analysis skills in R and Python. As an Economics Tutor and Student Assistant at Wellesley College, Merci emphasizes academic support and organizational expertise. Involvement with the Yale Young African Scholars program showcases a commitment to mentorship and college readiness, while leadership as Publicity Chair for the Wellesley Economics Student Association enhances event visibility. Participation in prestigious programs like the Goldman Sachs Possibilities Summit and the Black Venture Capital Consortium further highlight Merci's drive to excel in economics and venture capital. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Wellesley College, Merci will also study at SOAS University of London in early 2025.
