Taylor Hood

Taylor Hood is currently an Emergency Medicine Resident at Prisma Health/University of South Carolina Columbia since March 2023. Previously, Taylor served as a Wellesley College Alumnae Interviewer and conducted interviews for prospective students while maintaining various leadership roles at the University of Louisville School of Medicine, including Co-President of the Association of Women Surgeons and Co-President of the Nutrition Club. Experience includes volunteer work in prescription delivery for COVID-19 patients, research assistant roles at Emory University and the University of Kentucky, and coaching positions in fencing. Taylor holds a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Psychology from Wellesley College.
