Michael Fleet

Michael Fleet possesses a diverse background in hospitality and operations management, currently serving as Leadman for the Town of Lexington since September 2018, focusing on cemetery operations and grounds maintenance. Concurrently, Michael works as a Bartender/Sommelier at Wellesley Country Club, a position held since September 2021. Previously, Michael advanced through roles at Batali & Bastianich Hospitality Group from Bartender to Manager/Sommelier between July 2017 and May 2019, where responsibilities included developing a craft cocktail menu and managing an extensive Italian wine list. Prior experience includes serving as an Inventory Specialist and Bartender at Niche Hospitality from October 2014 to June 2017, where duties involved managing beverage inventory. Michael is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Turf and Turfgrass Management at Penn State University.
