William Craft is an experienced Middle School Counselor at Wellesley Public Schools since August 2007. In this role, William provides counseling services to students in grades six through eight and supports response to intervention programming. Additionally, William co-facilitates the STARS Afterschool Club, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion, and leads "The Ally League," promoting social justice within the school community. William also served as the METCO Coordinator K-5, where responsibilities included creating cultural identity programming and achievement gap initiatives. Previous experience includes working as a METCO Academic Advisor and a Special Education Paraprofessional at Lincoln Public Schools. William holds an ALM in Extension in Psychology from Harvard University and a B.S. in Human Services from Springfield College.
