Carman Wong is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational leadership within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Partner, Chief Operating Officer, and Head of Executive Development at Wellesley since February 2021, Carman leads executive search services for premier financial services and technology companies globally. Prior roles include Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at Silk Road Finance Corporation Ltd., where responsibilities centered on capital management and investment projects related to the One Belt One Road initiative. Carman also held significant positions at Nomura International plc and Lehman Brothers, focusing on business development, financial budgeting, and risk management within their investment banking divisions.
