Salam El Ghoussaini is an experienced IT leader currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at Wellfit, overseeing the IT department across the UAE since March 2021. Prior to this role, Salam held various positions at FitRepublik, including Head of Information Technology and Information Technology Manager, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end IT management and infrastructure integration in Dubai's fitness industry. Earlier experience includes positions at Chisel Creation, GDS Africa, and the Lebanese American University, demonstrating a strong background in IT solutions, project management, and client relationship management. Salam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with a focus on Network Infrastructure Design and Administration from the American University in Dubai.
