Brad Tharp has extensive experience in product and platform strategy, customer solutions, and customer experience. Brad most recently served as the Vice President of Product at Wellfit starting in February 2023. Prior to that, Brad held various leadership roles at Elevate from 2015 to 2022, including Vice President of Product & Platform Strategy and Senior Director of Customer Solutions. Before Elevate, they were an Assistant Vice President of Product Strategy & Implementation at WageWorks from 2012 to 2015, and the Director of Customer Experience at CONEXIS from 2009 to 2012.
Brad Tharp earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Angelo State University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Brad later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance from The University of Texas at Arlington, completing the program from 1998 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Brad Tharp holds a certification as a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society for Quality.
