Shani Pacheco

Shani Pacheco is a seasoned compliance analyst with extensive experience in regulatory oversight in the healthcare sector. Currently employed at Wellfleet since December 2022, Shani previously held positions at SummaCare, where responsibilities included compliance analyst, compliance coordinator, and senior marketing specialist focused on Medicare. At SummaCare, the roles required in-depth knowledge of federal regulations while promoting Medicare health plans. Prior to that, Shani was an editorial/communication coordinator and marketing assistant at Kent State University, supporting communication efforts and managing publishing projects. Shani began a journalism career as a reporter at Akron Beacon Journal. Shani holds an MBA in Marketing and a B.S. in Journalism & Mass Communications from Kent State University.
