Prior to this role, Lena held positions at Aon as Director Portfolio Solutions and Director Product Solutions from December 2018 to October 2021. Before Aon, Lena worked at cut-e Group as a Senior Consultant and Consultant from May 2016 to December 2018. Lena also has experience in HR Development at Bode Chemie from September 2015 to April 2016. Lena started their career as a University Lecturer at Hochschule Fresenius from September 2014 to August 2015. Lena holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Business Psychology from Hochschule Fresenius (2012 - 2014) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Psychology from the same institution (2009 - 2012).
