Jake Austin

Jake Austin has a diverse work experience with a focus on data analysis and modeling. Jake started their career as a Business Operations Technician at Austin's Affordable Autos in 2009. Jake then gained experience as an Intern at Waddell & Reed in 2014 and as a Student Intern at the Center for Brain Injury Research and Training in 2013. In 2015, they became a Business Owner at Greener Grasses, where they developed marketing strategies and managed financial records.

In 2018, Jake transitioned into the field of data analysis and worked as an Inventory Forecasting Data Scientist at Chewy, where they developed models to predict stock availability. Jake also worked as a Lead Score Analyst at the Florida Panthers, analyzing ticket sales data and developing a model to predict season ticket holder renewals. Jake then joined Charter Communications as a Data Analyst II, where they utilized their statistics background to drive executive decisions and develop customer relations business cases.
