Jaimee Chapman

Jaimee Chapman is an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in agile methodologies and digital transformation projects across various sectors. Currently employed at Wellington City Council since October 2024, Jaimee previously held senior analyst positions at the Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand and Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand, where efforts focused on the Health Sector Agreements and Payments Programme aimed at overhauling legacy systems managing significant financial transactions. Additional experience includes roles at OSPRI, the Department of Internal Affairs, Statistics New Zealand, Environmental Protection Authority, and Datacom, encompassing stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and process improvement. Jaimee's career began as an Assistant Language Teacher in Japan under the JET Programme. Eduardo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Otago.
