Juan Yang is an experienced educator specializing in Mandarin instruction. Currently serving as the Pre Prep Mandarin Coordinator and Full-Time Mandarin Teacher at Wellington College International Shanghai since August 2014, Juan develops teaching plans and curriculum for both native and foreign students. Previous roles include teaching at Wellington College UK in 2015, where Juan focused on GCSE, A-Level, and IB curricula, and a decade-long tenure at Dulwich College from 2004 to 2014, contributing to Mandarin curriculum development and managing classes for young learners. Earlier experience includes teaching at Shanghai 3&3 Bilingual Kindergarten and training future kindergarten teachers at Suzhou Wu Zhong College of Teachers’ Continuing Education.
