Julie Lunshof

Julie Lunshof is an experienced professional in people and culture management, finance, and office administration. Currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Wellington Group of Companies since November 2022 and as Accounts Payable Manager at Wellington Motor Freight since August 2019, Julie has a comprehensive background in managing business operations and human resources. Julie's career also includes a longstanding role as Office Administrator at Karmar Delivery Service Inc since May 2004, where responsibilities encompass sales cycle management, logistics optimization, and HR practices. Previous entrepreneurial experience includes ownership of Massage Addict Burlington Power Centre, Ontario's first membership-based massage therapy clinic, from September 2016 to November 2018. Additionally, Julie held the position of Marketing Coordinator at OLG from January 2000 to May 2004, where the focus was on staff training, promotions, and operational communication. Julie holds a Bachelor of Business Economics degree from Brock University, obtained between 1990 and 1993.
