Margo Yule

Margo Yule is a seasoned professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as General Manager of the Centralised Kitchen at Kāpura since November 2020. Prior experience includes a partnership role at Mojo Coffee, where Margo focused on operations and business development from July 2014 to January 2022. Margo also held the position of Director and owner operator at Mojo Wellington Zoo Ltd from March 2010 to July 2014, overseeing multi-site staff management. Earlier career experience includes serving as Site Manager at Spotless Group from January 2007 to December 2009, specializing in operation site management and event planning. Margo holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management from the Open Polytechnic of New Zealand, completed in 2021.
