Tamee Waters

Tamee Waters is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at Oranga Tamariki—Ministry for Children since November 2023. Prior to this role, Tamee held various managerial positions at Star Group from March 2017 to October 2023, including People & Performance Manager - South, Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Operations Manager, and Recruitment and Training Manager. Tamee’s earlier career includes a position as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays from June 2015 to March 2017 and as Restaurant and Bar Manager at Kāpura from July 2012 to June 2015. Tamee holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Marketing Management from Victoria University of Wellington, completed between 2008 and 2011.
