Alan Hsu

Alan Hsu is an equity portfolio manager at Wellington Management. Alan has over 20 years of experience in enterprise software product management and business development. Alan has successfully launched three new releases for $30m+ enterprise software products and achieved 20% annual revenue growth (2001-2004). Alan has also helped integrate ThinkDynamics software automation technology and go-to-market into existing "On Demand" solution offerings post acquisition (2003). Furthermore, they have helped lead competitive analysis and due diligence for $865m acquisition of Micromuse (2006) and co-led post integration plan for $740m acquisition of MRO Software (2006).
