Kysha Vernon-Bonner, BSN RN, serves as the Clinical Manager of Labor & Delivery and the Mother Baby Unit at Wellington Regional Medical Center, overseeing an annual delivery count of 2500-2900 and managing a team of 150 FTEs while collaborating with a Level 3 NICU for high-risk maternal care and intrauterine surgeries. In addition, Kysha is the co-founder and CEO of Perinatal Educational Services, LLC, where educational programs are provided for OB nurses, focusing on AWHONN guidelines and evidence-based practices to ensure positive maternal and fetal outcomes. Kysha is also an experienced perinatal educator and certified instructor in fetal monitoring and neonatal resuscitation. Kysha holds a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from South University.
