Rishi Raghunathan

Rishikesh Raghunathan is an experienced educator currently serving as Faculty at The Gardner Carney Leadership Institute and Head of Upper School at The Wellington School since June 2019. With a longstanding association with the Independent Schools Association of the Central States, Rishikesh is a member of the Executive Committee and serves as Chair of the Equity and Justice Committee, along with being a member of the Board of Trustees. Previous roles include Upper School History Teacher, Upper School Dean of Students, Upper School Community Service Coordinator, and Upper School Assistant Technology Coordinator at the University School of Milwaukee, where Rishikesh worked from August 2003 to June 2019. Rishikesh also held the position of Visiting Scholar at the Gardner Carney Leadership Institute for a brief period in 2018 and has prior experience as a Middle School Substitute Teacher. Rishikesh holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Cincinnati and is a graduate of the Gardner Carney Leadership Institute.
