Brooke Bateman

Brooke Bateman is an experienced professional in the business events sector, currently serving as the Business Events Sales & Development Manager at WellingtonNZ since November 2020. In this role, Brooke provides leadership to the Business Events team, focusing on developing and implementing the Business Events Sales Strategy, particularly for large-scale conventions and conferences within the Venues Wellington portfolio. Prior to this, Brooke held positions as Business Events BDM at Urban Gourmet from November 2015 to August 2020, Sales Executive at Smith the Grocer from July 2011 to July 2015, and Catering Account Manager. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Arts in Classical and Ancient Studies from Mount Allison University, completed between 2004 and 2008.
