Jackson Hapeta is an experienced leader in business growth and innovation, currently serving as a Business Growth, Transition and Innovation Leader at WellingtonNZ since November 2023, where responsibilities include project leadership and ownership. As a co-founder of Lenda.nz, Jackson plays a key role in a start-up that utilizes technology to connect borrowers with the best home loan options in New Zealand. Previous experience includes serving as a Technology People Leader at Bank of New Zealand, overseeing data and analytics platforms, and as Area Manager for both Westpac New Zealand and Kiwibank, managing specialist lending operations across multiple regions. Jackson holds a Bachelor of Applied Management focused on Business Change and Transformation from Otago Polytechnic.
