Molly Heppleston-Tait

Molly Heppleston-Tait is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event management and research analysis. Currently serving as a Next Gen Board Member for Research Association New Zealand (RANZ) since August 2024 and as a Reporting, Research and Insights Analyst at WellingtonNZ since June 2022, Molly is dedicated to enhancing Wellington's international business event opportunities. Previously, Molly held the position of Event Development Manager at Wellington Racing Club, where leadership focused on executing large-scale public and private events. Additionally, experience as an Event Manager at Ruth Pretty Catering involved comprehensive client support throughout the event planning process. Educationally, Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science from Victoria University of Wellington, a Post Graduate Diploma in Events Management from Weltec, and a Certificate of Therapeutic Massage from Wellington School of Massage.
