Amber Lennon

Amber Lennon is an experienced Care Coordinator at WellLife Network, focusing on collaborative development of individualized care plans for individuals with chronic health conditions since September 2019. Previously, Amber completed a Master of Public Health at Upstate Medical University and gained practical experience as an intern with Stony Brook Medicine, contributing to health assessments for a sustainable project in Haiti.
