Jared Nicol

Jared Nicol currently serves as Team Leader for Sales Training and Enablement at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield, starting in December 2023. Previously, Jared was Field Trainer for GROWMARK, Inc. from August 2020 to December 2023, focusing on management consulting for member companies in Iowa. Jared also held the position of Health Insurance Advisor/Agent at Elite Insurance Solutions, L.L.C. from March 2020 to November 2023, specializing in individual health insurance sales. At UnitedHealth Group from October 2017 to March 2020, Jared was Regional Sales Director for Medicare & Retirement, driving growth in Iowa, Nebraska, and Wisconsin, and served as Senior Regional Sales Trainer where Jared led sales training for ten states. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Sales Trainer at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Senior Sales Consultant at Principal Financial Group. Jared holds a Master's degree in Adult Learning & Organizational Performance from Drake University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Wartburg College.
