Jennifer Petersen

Jennifer Petersen has over 20 years of experience in the banking and insurance industries. Currently serving as an Executive Account Service Representative at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield since January 2007, Jennifer has achieved the highest rank in this position for the state of South Dakota as of July 2013 and acts as a mentor and subject matter expert for new employees. Jennifer also handles direct sales for large groups and manages requests for proposals. Prior to this role, Jennifer supported account managers as a Senior Field Service Representative at Wellmark. Jennifer's background includes providing training at Fiserv and experience as a Personal Banker and Branch Supervisor at Home Federal Bank. Jennifer holds a BA in Business Management from the University of Sioux Falls and has prior education in Art and Elementary Education from the University of South Dakota.
