Marci Chickering

Marci Chickering has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield since May 2003, where prior titles include Executive Vice President of People and Process and Group Leader of HR Consulting and Organizational Effectiveness. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Human Resources at Principal Financial Group and HR Director positions at COVA Financial Services and Advent Enterprises, Inc. Marci holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Northern Iowa and an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Iowa.
