Mitch Bergman

Mitch Bergman is an experienced Scrum Master currently leading a Digital Services team at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield since July 2021, focusing on customer-facing applications such as myWellmark. Prior to this role, Mitch spent over eight years at Wells Fargo in various capacities as a Business Support Consultant and Scrum Master, contributing to portfolio management, agile transformation, and the development of agile resources like newsletters and scorecards. Earlier experience includes IT internships at Horizon Healthcare and Murray County Medical Center, and a foundational role in carpentry at Deuschle Construction. Mitch holds a Master's degree in Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Dakota State University.
