Samuel Trujillo

Samuel Trujillo is a Cyber Security Intern at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield since August 2023, where responsibilities include auditing daily firewall changes and triaging user-submitted phishing and spam. Prior experience includes serving as a Tech Program Facilitator at PI515 from September 2022 to August 2023, developing and facilitating a curriculum for Python and Scratch for 100 students. Previously, Samuel worked as a Food Service Manager at Chipotle Mexican Grill, overseeing teams and managing supplies to ensure quality service. Additionally, at New Life Community Church, significant volunteer hours were dedicated to live stream management, including troubleshooting and preparing equipment. Samuel is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Drake University, expected to graduate in May 2025.
