Rhonda McGrath

Rhonda McGrath has extensive experience in palliative care and hospice services, currently serving as a Palliative RN Casemanager at WellMed Medical Management since May 2015. Previously, Rhonda was the Director of Clinical Services at Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care of San Antonio from July 2011 and held the same title at VistaCare Hospice from August 2010 to August 2011. Rhonda also served as Executive Director at Heart to Heart Hospice from 2005 to 2010 and as Patient Care Manager at Hope Hospice from 2001 to 2005. Rhonda holds a nursing degree from San Antonio College, attained between 1996 and 2000.
