Kirsten Sorenson

Kirsten Sorenson is an experienced social worker with a robust background in hospice care, children's mental health, and community services. Currently serving as a Hospice Social Worker at Hartford HealthCare at Home and an LCSW clinician at CT Kids Matter since April 2019, Kirsten also holds the position of IICAPS clinician at Wellmore Behavioral Health since June 2014 and has prior experience as an MSW clinician at Family Services of Greater Waterbury, Inc. between May 2010 and September 2014. Kirsten earned a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Connecticut School of Social Work in 2010.
