Zikea McCurdie, MSHS, NBC-HWC, is a seasoned professional in wellness program development and health communication, currently serving as the Director of Wellness Programs at Wellness360 since April 2024. With previous roles including Wellness Manager and Senior Health Communications Specialist at Sensis, Zikea has demonstrated expertise in creating and implementing comprehensive wellness initiatives and communication strategies. A health and wellness coach with experience at Able, Happify Health, Avidon Health, and Noom Inc., Zikea has utilized motivational interviewing and user-centered approaches to foster sustainable lifestyle changes and enhance user engagement. Zikea holds a Master of Science in Integrative Medicine from The George Washington University and has completed a UI/UX Design Career Bootcamp, further complementing a robust educational background in Sociology and Anthropology from Howard University.
