Kaustubh Lahiri

Kaustubh Lahiri has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Kaustubh is currently serving as the Business Head - Franchise Business at Wellness Forever Medicare Limited since 2020. Prior to this, they were involved in revenue generation as the AVP - Revenue at Creaticity, which is a specialized campus/mall in India dedicated to the Home and Interiors segment.

Before Creaticity, Kaustubh worked at Sharaf DG, one of the leading retail chains of large format stores in consumer electronics in UAE and GCC countries. Kaustubh joined Sharaf DG in 2015 and held the position of Business Operations, responsible for delivering significant revenue and profit targets.

Prior to their tenure at Sharaf DG, Kaustubh worked at Samsung Electronics as the Regional Retail Head - West & Central India. During their time there, they successfully expanded the retail footprint and achieved significant growth in both mobile devices and consumer electronics businesses.

Earlier in their career, Kaustubh worked at Timex as the Regional Retail Manager, where they achieved major accomplishments and contributed to the growth of the organization. Additionally, they served as the Retail Head at SIA Lifestyles, where they managed retail operations and developed business relationships with major department stores.

Before their association with Timex and SIA Lifestyles, Kaustubh gained experience in retail marketing at Reliance and started their career at Shoppers Stop as a trainee in Operations, where they received recognition as the "Best Management Trainee" in 2001.

Kaustubh Lahiri attended St. Thomas Church School for an unknown period and field of study. From 1996 to 1999, Lahiri pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Calcutta. Later, from 1999 to 2001, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing Management at the Institute of Management Development and Research (IMDR) in Pune. In 2016, Lahiri studied Retail Management at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. In 2022, they obtained a degree in Business Analytics and Intelligence from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research.
