Yogesh Yadav has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Yogesh is currently serving as the President & Chief Business Officer at Wellness Forever Medicare Limited, where they oversee the operations of over 380 stores across Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, and Madhya Pradesh.

Previously, Yogesh held the position of Managing Director at Accenture Strategy - Consumer Goods & Retail from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal - Operations at India Equity Partners, where they focused on the operations of a food services (restaurant) business and served as a board member. The investee company had around 80 restaurants and 1,200 employees.

Yogesh also worked at Cairn India Ltd as the Lead of the Business Transformation Group, where they led a team providing consulting and advisory services to different functional teams. Yogesh'snotable project involved the development of an MRP tool for planning, forecasting, and ordering key materials required for drilling and completions.

Before joining Cairn India Ltd, they held various positions at Accenture, starting as an Analyst and progressing to Principal. During their tenure, they worked on projects in sectors such as aviation, FMCG, and scotch production, focusing on business transformation, cost reduction, taxation models, operational efficiency, and capital investment review.

Yogesh began their career as a Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and also worked at CRISIL as a Manager and Management Trainee. At CRISIL, they supported initiatives such as project profiling for an investor summit and conducted diagnostic and valuation studies for a PSU company.

Yogesh Yadav began their education in 1983 at St John's School in D.L.W., Varanasi, where they completed their 10th grade in 1995. Yogesh then attended Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram from 1995 to 1997 to complete their 12th grade. Following this, from 1997 to 2001, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B Tech) degree in Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Yogesh's education continued at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in General Management from 2001 to 2003.
