Ashley McLemore

Ashley McLemore, MA, is an experienced program manager and intersectional coach, currently leading initiatives at Begin With Ashley since June 2016, focusing on coaching underserved individuals towards achieving their personal and professional goals. As a fractional Chief Learning and Development Officer, McLemore collaborates with executives and stakeholders to identify business objectives and analyze data for strategic insights. In addition, McLemore serves as a leadership and career coach at Wellness Coach, guiding over 35 global clients in personal and career growth. Previous roles include founding the first employee resource group for Black-African descendant employees at YTH and implementing diversity and equity programs at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. McLemore possesses a Master of Arts in Health Education and Promotion, with a focus on Race, Gender, and Sexuality from Lehman College, and a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing from Kent State University.
