Kristen Eykel MHt. is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in wellness, spirituality, and media. Since February 1992, Kristen has served as a Shaman, Master Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master Teacher, Yogi, and Healer at Sacred Circle Teachings, while also thriving as a commercial actress and TV host. Currently, Kristen is an Executive Director of the Yoga Teacher Program at Mommymoon, a Thought Leader at the Women's Information Network, and a Wellness Coach with nearly three decades of experience. Additionally, Kristen instructs Kundalini Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga at Inner Power Yoga and leads an educational initiative through the upcoming book "Sensual Spirituality." With a commitment to empowering women and evolving spiritual practices, Kristen has been a speaker at various conferences and has produced yoga-related content through Big K Productions.
